In the south east corner of Australia is the wonderful State of Victoria where the Great Dividing Range stretches for hundreds of kilometres. At the foot of this range in the state's north east is the rural hamlet of Merrijig. An easy two and a half hours' drive north east of Melbourne, Merrijig is 20 kms from Mansfield on the Mt Buller Rd which crosses the Delatite River.

By car from Melbourne via Plenty Rd, through Whittlesea, Yea and Mansfield

By car from Melbourne via Eltham, Yarra Glen, Yea and Mansfield

By car from Melbourne via Maroondah Highway through Lilydale, Coldstream, Healesville, Alexandra and on to Mansfield

By V/Line Coach from Southern Cross Railway Station, Melbourne (Spencer Street) to Mansfield and in winter via Mansfield-Mt Buller Buslines to Merrijig

By light plane to Mansfield Airstrip or

By regional airlines to Albury and car via the Hume Freeway turn off to Mansfield via Swanpool on the Midland Highway following signs to Mansfield.
